Izmir  Design Factory puts communication, collaboration, questioning and creativity at the heart of the creative community. On the basis of this community, it needs a qualified labor force that is aware of itself and its environment, can solve its own problems, and can produce for the community with the community. Design is the basic action for acquiring these skills.  

Design is also defined as the process of developing a problem solution and the solution proposal itself. In order to gain creative self-confidence, they get involved in the design processes in collaboration and acquire this skill by reinforcing them.
